1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing conceptwindow.com or engaging Concept Window for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Concept Window provides digital services including web development, app development, SEO, UI/UX design, and graphics & branding. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are agreed in a separate project proposal or statement of work.

3. Payment

Payment terms are defined in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, we require a deposit before work begins. All fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work phase has been completed and delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of all custom deliverables created for your project transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, required content, and access to systems necessary for us to deliver the agreed scope. Delays caused by late client input may affect timelines and, if significant, may result in additional charges.

6. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in each engagement is specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concept Window's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the project.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and is payable. Deposits are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
